Course Cancellation Policy
Lunarline may postpone any class if there is a low enrollment. Lunarline will notify you if this occurs within two weeks before the start date of the class. You will have the option of a refund or transfer to the next available offering of the same course.
Student Cancellation Policy
Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than ten business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment will be billed for 30 percent of the full tuition fee (list price). Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment will be billed for 100 percent of the full tuition fee (list price). Those who fail to appear for training as scheduled will be billed for 100 percent of the full tuition fee (list price).
Inclement Weather Policy
Lunarline SCS training classes follow the same inclement weather policy as the Federal Government in the Washington, DC metro area. See www.opm.gov/status.
In the event of a cancelled class due to inclement weather, Lunarline will make every effort to make up and complete all courses in their entirety within the original scheduled class dates. If an entire class is cancelled, you will have the option of a refund or transfer to the next available offering of the same course.
